In order to reward for receipt scanning you'll need to set up a picture submission activity. 

Once someone has completed the picture submission activity, their submission will go into the approval queue. You will need to keep tabs on this queue on a regular basis. If you'd like, you can create a campaign which will notify you once a day or once a week with how many approvals you need to review.
