Toki is directly connected to Shopify. When all integrations are connected, Toki accounts are created whenever someone does a reward activity such as make a purchase, sign up for a newsletter, engage on social, etc.

Customizing the Passwordless Login Email
In order to change the email copy, subject line or email address for the send, you'll need to go to the Rewards Program area of the Toki Portal and go to Email Settings, like so.
