To use this feature here are the steps you need to take:

1. In your merchant portal, under Rewards Program you would want to enable Cashout settings. Optional you can also Segment this redemption method to certain customers as well. 



2. Topup a balance by clicking the link and specifying the amount. If you do not have a balance customers will not have the option to Cashout.



3. Once you have a working balance, customers will be able to transfer their points to cash!
