Campaigns in PostScripts allow you to schedule and send messages to a specific customer segment or all your customers that have subscribed. Campaigns are different from automations as they only contain one message and you control when it gets sent.

Some common use cases of campaigns are:

• Using campaigns to tell customers about new products, special offers, or exciting news.
• Sending Campaigns right away or schedule them to start at a later date.
• Reach specific parts of your customer base using Customer segments.
• Create Campaigns that match your brand and voice, using emojis,gifs, and/or images.
