With Toki’s integration to Postscript, you’re able to create tailored segments for your specific loyalty members. For example, you can send an SMS notification to your highest tier customers, or share a welcome promotion to your new customers that just signed up.

Here is an example Segment created to reach out to your VIP customers based on Toki Tier.

Here is the list of all the Toki properties you can use in Postscripts:

Custom Field Toki Points earned: The customer's total historical points earned

Custom Field Toki Points Balance:The customer's current available points balance.
Custom Field Toki Tier Name: The name of the tier the customer is in now
Custom Field Toki Loyalty NT Points: The number of points the customer must earn in order to proceed to the next tier.
Custom Field Toki Points NT amount: The amount the customer must spend in order to proceed to the next tier. This property will show the default currency defined in your account settings.
Custom Field Toki NT Name: The name of the next tier that customer will unlock.
Custom Field Toki Referral link: The customer's unique referral link. If you are running a code-based referral program, see below for attributes for code-based referrals.
Custom Field Toki Voting Activity ZPD: The answer that the customer gave for the voting activity OR zero party data activity completed (we know this is a little confusing!)
Custom Field Toki Apple Download Link: This will be replaced with a link to download the  users Apple Wallet pass
Custom Field Toki Tier Rewards: Rewards associated with current tier
Custom Field Toki NT Rewards: Rewards associated with next tier
