Toki integrates with Shopify discount codes so you can set whether your members can spend their points or use their rewards coupon codes with other coupon codes or not.

The types of discount codes we can limit are: shipping coupon codes, product coupon codes or order coupon codes.

Toggled green means that your customers CAN stack their loyalty/membership codes with these other codes.

Toggled grey means they CANNOT stack their loyalty/membership codes with these other codes.

If you are receiving complaints from your customers/members about not being able to stack codes, and everything looks good in Toki, make sure to check your Shopify discount code settings.
